Chuchitos
Guatemala's most beloved street food. Tender masa dough stuffed with seasoned chicken, wrapped tight and steamed until perfect, then topped with tomato sauce and crumbled cheese. One bite and you'll understand why this is the dish our customers keep coming back for.
Guatemalan Tamales
Not all tamales are the same. Ours are wrapped in banana leaves not corn husks, filled with slow-cooked chicken, peppers, and recado, a traditional Guatemalan spice blend. Made from scratch. Made the right way.
