A Taste Of
Guatemalan Tradition
Our Specialities
We don’t serve Mexican food. We serve something richer, older, and harder to find. Authentic Guatemalan recipes made the way they’ve always been made, with fresh ingredients, slow cooking, and generations of tradition behind every bite.
Chuchitos
Guatemala's most beloved street food. Tender masa dough stuffed with seasoned chicken, wrapped tight and steamed until perfect, then topped with tomato sauce and crumbled cheese. One bite and you'll understand why this is the dish our customers keep coming back for.
Guatemalan Tamales
Not all tamales are the same. Ours are wrapped in banana leaves not corn husks, filled with slow-cooked chicken, peppers, and recado, a traditional Guatemalan spice blend. Made from scratch. Made the right way.
Fried Plantains with crema
Golden fried plantains caramelized to perfection, served with a cool dollop of sour cream. Sweet, savory, simple and one of the most comforting sides in all of Central American cuisine.
What started as a dream to share our family’s heritage has grown into one of the St. Louis area’s most unique food truck experiences. Antojitos de Guatemala brings the true flavors of Central America to Wentzville, St. Charles, O’Fallon, and surrounding areas, cooking the same recipes our grandmother wrote down decades ago in her kitchen in Guatemala.
Every ingredient is chosen with care. Every dish is made fresh. We don’t cut corners because our grandmother never did. Whether you find us at a local event, book us for your next catering job, you’re getting food made with real love and real tradition.
Frijones Negros
(black beans)
Guatemalan Comfort Classic Slow-cooked black beans seasoned the traditional way rich, creamy, and served as a staple alongside nearly every dish we make. Simple ingredients. Unforgettable flavor.
Elote
(Street Corn)
Fan Favorite Grilled corn on the cob loaded with crema, cheese, and seasoning a street food staple that disappears fast at every event we serve.
